Find answers to common questions about our services, appointments,
insurance, and more.
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans including Medicare,
Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna,
and many others. We recommend calling our office to verify that we
accept your specific plan before your appointment. Our billing team
can also help you understand your coverage and any out-of-pocket
costs.
You can schedule an appointment in several ways: online through our
website's appointment page, by calling our office at 844.498.2078,
or by walking in during our business hours. We offer same-day
appointments for urgent matters and accept walk-ins for urgent care
services.
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of
current medications (including dosages), any relevant medical
records from previous providers, and a form of payment for any
co-pays or deductibles. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to
complete new patient paperwork.
Yes, we offer secure telehealth appointments for many non-emergency
conditions. Virtual visits are convenient for follow-up
appointments, medication management, mental health counseling, and
consultations that don't require a physical examination. Contact our
office to determine if telehealth is appropriate for your needs.
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to
7:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM
to 4:00 PM. Our urgent care services are available 7 days a week
from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For emergencies outside these hours, please
call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
Yes, established patients can request prescription refills by
calling our office or through our patient portal (if you're
registered). Please allow 48 hours for refill requests to be
processed. For controlled substances, you may need to schedule an
appointment with your provider.
Yes, we provide comprehensive pediatric care for infants, children,
and adolescents up to age 18. Our services include well-child
visits, immunizations, sick visits, sports physicals, and
developmental assessments. Our pediatric specialists are experienced
in creating a comfortable, child-friendly environment.
We request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or
reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot
to other patients who need care. Repeated missed appointments or
late cancellations may result in a fee. If you're running late,
please call us - we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, we have a full-service laboratory and digital imaging center
on-site. This means you can get blood work, X-rays, EKGs, and other
diagnostic tests done right here without having to visit a separate
facility. Most results are available within 24-48 hours, and urgent
tests can be expedited.
Patients can access their medical records through our secure patient
portal, which allows you to view test results, visit summaries,
medications, and more. You can also request a copy of your records
by contacting our medical records department. There may be a small
fee for printed copies, as permitted by law.
